Thanks Virginia. The stripes went better when I didn't try to make them look exactly like the stripes that were there. There are chestnuts in the bowl which are hard to see. The things to the left of the bowl are the pods the seeds come in. One discovers these things while walking on The Wall with one's dog, and getting bombarded by falling chestnuts. :-)

Terrific job on the apples! I think that those apples with yellow and red stripes are very challenging.
I have never seen a chestnut! That's interesting to me. When they are in the stores, they are smooth and brown, not like this,
