Setup

10 x 11,5 cm
There will be three more paintings, about a week apart, from this setup.  Once a painting is complete, I'm not supposed to look at it until all four are done.  The hardest part is to remember not to move anything, including the lamp I often use.  I put the mug on a box, hoping that would be a good sign for me that it's not the one that holds my drink this time.

This is nice, Caladh. I like the set up. It will be very interesting to see how it progresses.

That sounds like an interesting experiment, Caladh. Are you wanting to see if you see and paint differently each time? You've got the ingredients of a nice setting---complementary colors and the pattern in the cloth should keep it challenging! I look forward to seeing the progress. Happy Thanksgiving to you!

Thank you Virginia. I'll keep you posted. :-)

Thanks Lorraine. It was actually Roland's idea.( My husband.) He thought it would be interesting to see exactly that. Would I see it different, and work differently. The cloth was already a challenge and I'm sure it will look different.

Quelles peintures utilises-tu ? le rendu est très "mat" est-ce l'huile? l'acrylique ou autre adjuvant avec l'un ou l'autre ? J'AIME BEAUCOUP !
